Join us for a 6-session psychotherapy group designed for adults with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected). Together, we’ll explore practical strategies, emotional support, and community connection in a safe and welcoming space. Each session will include a check-in, somatic/mindfulness practice, psychoeducation, and group reflection. this group will be facilitated by psychotherapists Nina Geleynse and Stone Fu — both neurodivergent and deeply passionate about this work.
The group will be capped at 8 participants to ensure each person has time and space to share, reflect, and grow.

Facilitators
Stone Fu is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University. Diagnosed with ADHD himself, he brings both lived experience and professional expertise to supporting adults navigating focus, organization, and emotional challenges. Since 2019, he has helped clients with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and relationships using approaches like Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, and psychedelic therapy. Stone lives in Hamilton with his partner and two young children, and is passionate about community and personal growth. For more details, visit www.stonefu.ca.
Nina Geleynse (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist in private practice, specializing in trauma-informed, somatic, and parts-based approaches, with a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals. As a neurodivergent therapist herself, she integrates both lived experience and clinical expertise to guide her work. She is passionate about embodied healing as a catalyst for personal and collective transformation and liberation. Nina holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health, an MA in Counselling Psychology, and is currently a PhD student in Somatic Psychology. Her philosophy is rooted in wholeness and integration – honouring healing as a return to the forgotten parts of ourselves and the embodiment of the true Self. $40-100 per session (prepaid in advance)
A limited number of sliding scales are available if finances are a barrier; payment plan available
Psychotherapy receipts are issued after each session
